Thickness Guidelines: 

21.5mm: Up to 400mm deep, 1600mm wide

25.5mm: Up to 600mm deep, 2000mm wide 

33mm: Up to 1000mm deep, 2000mm wide

39mm: Up to 1000mm deep, 3000mm wide

Please note the following information before placing your order:

Lead times are around 15 working days. This can be longer during busy periods. There are no refunds for extended lead times.

Delivery Timing: Between 07:30 and 17:30. Ensure that you have availability on the delivery day and the following day. Have sufficient help (at least two people per 85kg). Glass is delivered curbside only, without packaging. Damages during offloading are the customer's responsibility. Failed deliveries incur a redelivery charge. 

Order Accuracy: Ensure the correct size and thickness are being delivered

Inspection: Check for defects upon delivery. Report and reject any issues immediately. 

Warranty claims require returning the glass at your cost. 

Cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours; fees may apply after that.
